The Bridal Touches platform is wholly owned and operated by Novel IT Services, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office in Kharar, Punjab, India.
Please read these “Terms of Use” carefully before subscribing to or using the Bridal Touches Platform. By downloading, installing, or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our other policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy. These terms take effect as soon as you begin using our services and form a binding agreement that you must adhere to
1.Use of Services
1.1 User Responsibilities
You agree that:

- If you hold an account, you will keep your account information secure and are fully responsible for any use of your account by others.
- You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Your use of the Services indicates that you are satisfied with the description, appearance, and pricing of the accommodations and services displayed on the Bridal Touches Platform.
2.Definitions
- Platform: BridalTouches.com and its associated mobile application.
- Salon Partner: Any registered salon providing services on the Platform.
- Customer: An individual using the Platform to book salon services.
- Service: The salon services booked through the Platform by the Customer.
3.Eligibility and Account Registration
- Eligibility: By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Account Registration: Customers may need to create an account to book services. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. BridalTouches.com is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
4.Booking Salon Services
- Service Listings: Services listed on BridalTouches.com are provided by independent Salon Partners. BridalTouches.com acts as an intermediary for bookings.
- Booking Confirmation:Upon booking a service, you will receive a confirmation. It’s your responsibility to verify all booking details.
- Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings must align with the Salon Partner’s policies. BridalTouches.com does not guarantee that changes can be made.
5.Payments and Fees
- Pricing: Prices for services are set by the Salon Partners and listed on the Platform. BridalTouches.com does not control these prices.
- Payment: Payments are made through the Platform at the time of booking, using available payment methods. BridalTouches.com does not store your payment details.
- Taxes and Charges: The final price may include taxes or fees as required by law or set by the Salon Partner. You will be informed of the total cost before confirming your booking.
6.Cancellations and Refunds
- Customer Cancellations: You may cancel your booking according to the Salon Partner’s cancellation policy. Check the specific policy before booking. BridalTouches.com facilitates refunds per the Salon Partner’s policy.
- Salon Cancellations: If a Salon Partner cancels your appointment, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed. BridalTouches.com is not liable for cancellations made by the Salon Partner but will ensure timely refunds.
7.Missed Appointments
- Customer Responsibility: Arrive on time for your appointment. If late or a no-show without prior notice, the Salon Partner may charge a fee, and you may forfeit your booking without a refund.
- Salon Responsibility: : If a Salon Partner misses or cancels your appointment without sufficient notice, BridalTouches.com will ensure any payments made are refunded and will take steps to prevent recurrence.
8.Customer Conduct
- Respectful Behaviour: Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards Salon Partners and their staff. Inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of your access to the Platform.
- No Guarantee of Service Quality: BridalTouches.com does not guarantee the quality of services provided by Salon Partners. Reviews and ratings reflect customer experiences and do not represent BridalTouches.com’s views.
9.Reviews and Ratings
- Customer Feedback:After receiving a service, you may leave a review and rating based on your experience. Reviews must be honest and reflect your true experience
- Content Guidelines: Reviews should not include offensive or inappropriate language. BridalTouches.com reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these guidelines
10.Liability and Disclaimers
- No Warranty: BridalTouches.com provides a platform for booking services and does not guarantee performance, quality, or availability of services from Salon Partners.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridalTouches.com is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform or services provided by Salon Partners.
- Disputes with Salon Partners: Disputes regarding services should be resolved directly between you and the Salon Partner. BridalTouches.com may assist but is not responsible for any outcomes.
11.Intellectual Property
- Platform Content: All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by BridalTouches.com or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
- User-Generated Content: By submitting reviews or other content, you grant BridalTouches.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.
12.Termination
- Termination by Customer: You may deactivate your account at any time, but any pending bookings must be completed or cancelled per these Terms.
- Termination by BridalTouches.com: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behaviour.
13. Modifications to Terms
BridalTouches.com may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India/Punjab. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India/Punjab.
